Are your chocolates 100% authentic?
Absolutely. At The Sweet D.O.S.E, we pride ourselves on offering only genuine, original products. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and reputable importers to ensure you receive the real deal—whether it’s Lindt, Godiva, Ferrero Rocher, or other premium brands.
How do I check the expiry date of the products?
We follow strict quality control measures and never ship products that are expired or close to their expiration date. The expiry date is clearly printed on the original packaging of every item. If you have a specific query about a batch before ordering, feel free to contact us.
Do you sell products suitable for vegetarians?
Many of our imported chocolates are vegetarian, but some international recipes may contain egg or animal-derived gelatin. We clearly label our products on the website. Please check the “Product Details” section on the individual product page for the Green Dot (Vegetarian) symbol or ingredients list.
Will my chocolates melt during shipping?
We take extra precautions to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. We use thermal insulation packaging and, when necessary, ice gel packs to regulate the temperature during transit. However, we recommend refrigerating the package immediately upon receipt for 30 minutes before opening to let the chocolates set perfectly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Rest of India: 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We want to ensure our products reach you fresh, and international shipping timelines can compromise the quality of delicate chocolates.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! The Sweet D.O.S.E is perfect for gifting. During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address as the “Shipping Address.” We do not include price tags or physical invoices in gift parcels.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes, we offer premium gift wrapping services for a nominal fee. You can also add a personalized message at checkout, which we will handwrite on a card and include in the box to add a personal touch.
